Warranty
Holda Kit products are built to order using quality materials and craftsmanship. We stand behind our work while recognizing the realities of custom build processes and real-world use.
Limited Warranty
Holda Kit rack systems are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, under normal and intended use.
If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Holda Kit will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective component, or
- Replace the defective component
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic variations or imperfections inherent to hand-built construction
- Surface finish changes due to environmental exposure
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than Holda Kit or GarnBuilt
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, overloading, misuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by improper vehicle mounting or incompatible setups
Because each rack system is custom-built, variations in appearance, finish, and fitment are normal and are not considered defects.
Installation and Use Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and safe use of all Holda Kit products.
Holda Kit and GarnBuilt are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Improper use
- Failure to follow provided guidance or instructions
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us through the Contact page and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected area
Warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase is required.
