Products & Orders
All Holda Kit products are built to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Holda Kit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Because products are custom-built, returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.
Product Use & Liability
Our products are designed for off-road, outdoor, and recreational use. You are responsible for proper installation, use, and maintenance.
Holda Kit and GarnBuilt are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow provided instructions.
Limited Warranty
Holda Kit rack systems are built to order using quality materials and workmanship. We warrant our products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, under normal use.
This limited warranty does not cover:

Modifications or alterations

Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or misuse

Cosmetic variations inherent to custom fabrication
All products are otherwise provided as built. Because each rack system is custom-fabricated, variations in finish, weld appearance, and fitment may occur and are not considered defects.
Warranty claims must be submitted through the Contact page with order details and photos. Holda Kit reserves the right to repair or replace defective components at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of Holda Kit or GarnBuilt and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Third-Party Services
This site may use third-party tools or services (such as payment processors or analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
Governing Law
