Every Holda Kit is built to order for your specific vehicle, configuration, and setup. Here is how shipping, cancellations, and returns work.
Built-to-Order Products
All Holda Kit rack systems are built to order. Each system is assembled specifically for your vehicle, configuration, and selected options. Because of this, production times may vary.
Estimated build and ship times will be provided at the time of order or communicated directly if timelines change.
Shipping
Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using a carrier selected based on size, destination, and delivery requirements.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately if required.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Cancellations
Because all products are custom and built to order, returns are not accepted once production has begun.
- Orders may be canceled only before production starts.
- Once production has started, orders are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
