Are Holda Kit racks pre-made?
No. All Holda Kit rack systems are built to order based on your vehicle and configuration. We use USA Made Hollaender SpeedRail Fittings and schedule 40 heavy duty industrial grade aluminum pipe for all our kits.
What vehicles do you support?
Common builds include Sprinter, Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster vans, and pickups with camper jack racks. Custom and non-standard setups may be supported—contact us before ordering to confirm fitment.
How long does it take to build my order?
Build times vary depending on configuration and workload. Estimated timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Plan on anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Boat frames are 3 to 12 months given the need to source parts and depending on the equipment you want included on your expedition frame.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may not be canceled or modified once fabrication has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss changes.
Do you offer custom configurations?
Yes. Many systems are customized based on board size, quantity, and vehicle setup. Contact us before ordering to discuss options.
Will my rack fit my boards?
Fitment depends on accurate information provided at checkout (board length, thickness, fin setup, quantity). If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
Do you install the racks?
Installation is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged. Proper installation is required for safe use.
What is your warranty?
Holda Kit products include a 12-month limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. See the Warranty page for full details.
Can I return a rack if it doesn’t fit?
Because systems are custom-built, returns are limited. Please review the Shipping & Returns page and confirm fitment before ordering.
Are racks sold “as is”?
Products are custom-fabricated and may show normal variations in finish or weld appearance. These are not defects and are considered part of custom fabrication. Parts may have slight marks as all are completely assembled and broken down for shipping.
